During the nearly week-long manhunt for Pryor, authorities received multiple confirmed sightings of Pryor and tips from the community.
U.S. Marshals Philadelphia said locating Pryor came down to one important tip after a Target employee spotted Pryor putting on new pants inside of the store, then scanning the tag to purchase the item before leaving the store.
