A man was caught on camera attacking and hurling racial slurs at a Black FedEx driver who was delivering packages in Michigan.
Tirrell Lipsey, 23, shared video of the incident which happened in late August, and showed the man trying to punch Lipsey while repeatedly call him the n-word.
Police said the suspect was on methamphetamine and transported to a hospital for a mental health condition the same day the incident occurred, reported WWMT.
The suspect has not been arrested and investigation remains open.
Local authorities said they intend to press charges over the incident.
Lipsey and his family said they want the suspect to be charged and off the streets, reported WWMT.
