An off-duty police officer was arrested and charged after he was caught on camera pulling a gun on his neighbor following an alleged road rage incident in New York.

According to police, 32-year-old Douglas Debonet got out of his car in the city of Selden and broke the side-view mirror on a vehicle involved in the alleged road rage incident, reported CBS New York.
