SAN FRANCISCO — Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign made a stop in her hometown of San Francisco on Sunday for a fundraiser, generating $13 million in less than one day.

Harris, who is the presumptive Democratic nominee, attended the event without her running mate Gov. Tim Walz of Wisconsin.

Tickets to the San Francisco fundraiser, which was attended by about 7,000 people, including local leaders and Silicon Valley CEOS, ranged from $300 to $500,000.

Harris’ stop in San Francisco was brief, as the Vice President left Sunday afternoon and headed straight to Las Vegas where a rally was scheduled.
