Boxer Ryan Garcia was expelled by the World Boxing Council (WBC) on Thursday after he repeatedly used racial slurs including the n-word and disparaged Muslims in comments livestreamed on social media.

WBC President Mauricio Sulaiman made the announcement on X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter.

“Exercising my authority as president of the WBC , I am hereby expelling Ryan Garcia from any activity with our organization. We reject any form of discrimination. I fear for Ryan well being as he has declined multiple attempts for our help with mental health and substance abuse,” he wrote on X.

After the tirade, Garcia responded on X as well, saying:

“I was trolling I want all the killing to stop. I love everyone sorry if I offended you.”

Note: It’s highly unlikely BLKNewsNow.com will ever post anything about Garcia again. Reporting his racism gives attention-seeking people like Garcia what they want to build a career out of. It wouldn’t be surprising if he shows up on Trump’s campaign trail, but we’re done.
