A White man in Georgia who verbally attacked a Black man and used racial slurs during a parking dispute has reportedly been arrested and charged with simple assault after a video of the confrontation went viral.

In the video, the White man can be heard using profanities and racial slurs towards the Black man, which occurred Aug. 24 in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant in Atlanta.

In the video, the man can be heard saying, “Dumba** (n-word) who doesn’t know where to park his f***ing truck.”

“You want my name? You want my license? It says f*ck you (n-word),” he says in the video as he opens his wallet and briefly shows what appears to be his identification card.

David McConnell, 63, was arrested and charged with minor assault in connection with the incident, according to the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office.

The sheriff’s office reportedly confirmed the incident on Aug. 26, reported Fox 5 Atlanta.

McConnell was booked into the Cherokee County Adult Detention Center.
