Racist graffiti found on new homeowner’s property in East Bay

SAN LEANDRO, CA — A hate crime is under investigation in the East Bay area after racist graffiti was discovered tagged on a new homeowner’s fence this week.

A neighbor found the words “No Black” in black spray-painted on the home’s white picket fence last week.

The homeowner, who is Black, told KRON 4 she was confronted by one of her neighbors after purchasing the home in December, which is  under construction.

No arrests have been made.
