Ozie Nzeribe talks season 2 of Apple TV’s ‘Swagger’, Tribeca Film Festival, and desire to play Miles Morales

Season 2 of Apple TV’s hit series “Swagger” is set to premiere next week at the annual Tribeca Film Festival in New York.

“Swagger” is inspired by experiences from the life of NBA star Kevin Durant, who is an executive producer of the series.

Ahead of the highly-anticipated release of season 2, series regular Ozie Nzeribe talked to BLK News Now! about his unexpected journey into acting, what fans can expect from his character “Royale Hughes,” as well as his love for Spider-Man Miles Morales — and his desire to suit up as his favorite childhood superhero for the rumored live-action movie.
