Equal Justice USA discusses partnership with pro athletes, criminal justice reforms

Jamila Hodge, executive director of Equal Justice USA, a national non-profit organization dedicated to social justice advocacy, spoke with BLK News Now! about the organization’s effort to reduce recidivism and address systemic disparities in the criminal justice system that impact Black Americans at higher rates than other Americans.

In her interview with BLK News Now!, Hodge discusses Equal Justice USA’s new partnership with Player’s Coalition, a non-profit organization supported by current and former NFL players, and professional athletes, including current and former NBA and MLB players.
