CHICAGO — Vice President Kamala Harris spared no time walking into the spotlight at the 2024 Democratic National Convention, which kicked off on Monday.
Harris was one of several guests to take the state on Monday, including Sen. Raphael Warnock, Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass, former candidate and Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton, and President Joe Biden.
Harris took the stage to give thanks to President Biden, who bowed out of the race last month and endorsed Harris.
