Police in Florida have released body camera footage of a sheriff’s deputy fatally shoot a Black man who was a U.S. Air Force servicemember at his home.

Senior Airman Roger Fortson, 23, was killed May 3 in his apartment in Fort Walton Beach after sheriff’s deputies went to his home.

Attorneys representing the victim’s family said police were responding to the wrong address. Police officials with Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office have denied that claim.
