Renowned educator Dr. Nadia Lopez spoke with BLK News Now! about her experiences working in the New York school system and some of the ways teachers and administrators can help students excel.

Dr. Lopez, who received the 2015 Black Girls Rock! Change Agent award, is also on a mission to personally impact 10 million educators, and says she has reached at least 1 million so far.
