A police officer in Ohio who was caught on her body camera using the n-word while on duty has reportedly been fired. The interim police chief of the Cincinnati Police Department made the announcement on Tuesday that officer Rose Valentino was terminated on Monday. Philadelphia cop fired after allegedly using n-word over radio call

A veteran officer the Philadelphia Police Department has reportedly been terminated after was allegedly heard saying the n-word during a radio call last month.  According to The Inquirer, Lt. Anthony McFadden, who served for 32 Philadelphia Police Department, was given a termination notice from the Police Commissioner on July 5 following an investigation by the Internal Affairs Unit. In an 18-second audio clip, McFadden can allegedly be heard using the n-word during an attempt to locate a person or address. The audio clip of the call was obtained by The Inquirer, McFadden said “F— [n-words],” reported The Inquirer. McFadden was previously assigned to the Special Victims Unit. Video shows beach ranger in Florida hit Black woman, use racial slur

An employee for the City of Dania Beach in Florida was reportedly fired and is facing charges after she was seen on video hit a Black woman and use racially-abusive language. The incident reportedly happened after the Black woman and her family said they were given a citation while in line to pay for parking at a beach. They asked the ranger to void the citation, but the ranger, identified as Laura Carlin, refused. The situation escalated after the family took a picture of the woman’s name with a cellphone camera, reported Local 10 News. In the video, Carlin can be seen yelling at the family, telling them to delete the pictures as she punches the woman. A private security guard nearby tried to intervene. Mississippi police chief fired after racist recording leaked

A police chief in Mississippi was fired after he was accused of using racial slurs and bragging about shooting a person 119 times in a leaked audio recording. Sam Dobbins, the former police chief of Lexington, was removed from his post after a board of aldermen voted during a special meeting on Wednesday. Georgetown law professor resigns over racist tweets about Ketanji Brown Jackson

A law professor at Georgetown University has resigned after reportedly sharing a series of racist tweets about Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson. The professor made comments about the Supreme Court justice’s nomination because she is a Black woman President Biden selected for the post. He later apologized and deleted the tweets. 911 dispatcher fired after being accused of hanging up call for help during Buffalo Massacre

A 911 dispatcher accused of hanging up a call for help during the Buffalo Massacre last month has been fired. Officials announced on Thursday the dispatcher was terminated. The call was made to 911 by a store employee who was hiding inside the grocery store while the gunman was shooting. The person who called apparently spoke softly to avoid being noticed by the shooter. The dispatcher then admonished the caller for speaking quietly before allegedly disconnecting the call.
