Electric-car maker slapped with new discrimination lawsuit by Black workers

That loathsome electric-car manufacturer is being hit yet again with a fresh lawsuit from Black workers claiming they were subjected to racism on the job.

Fifteen Black former and current employees filed a lawsuit in California yesterday alleging they were subjected to racial abuse and harassment at the company’s facilities.

In the lawsuit, the plaintiffs allege they were subjected to racist and offensive comments made by employees, including managers and human resources staff.

The company is currently facing at least 10 lawsuits alleging racial discrimination and sexual harassment.

The company has denied any wrongdoing.

Earlier this month, a Black former worker was awarded $15 million in a racial discrimination lawsuit filed in a California court. The man rejected the the award after a judge lowered by 89% saying it was excessive. A new trial was granted this week.

Opinion: The hits just keep coming for the maker of these Jetson ships on wheels. (In fairness, the Jetson’s had more style.) These allegations are not new, they have been making the rounds for years. It sounds like racism is as rampant as production. Anyone who considers their self leftist or center should do some critical thinking about what agenda their dollars are financing.
